HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

After that work may have started on your print so unfortunately we can't accept cancellations after that.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

PERSONALISED

As your BOB + OLIVE print is unique to you we cannot unfortunately accept returns unless your print is faulty.

If your print is damaged upon arrival please can you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order letting us know the details and we will let you know if you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

UNPERSONALISED PRINTS

We accept returns or exchanges up to 28 days as long as the item is undamaged.

DO YOU OFFER A FRAMING OPTION?

At present we don't offer a flaming option.

I WOULD LIKE TO FRAME MY OWN PRINT. WHAT SIZE IS MY PRINT SO I CAN BUY MY OWN FRAME?

The A4 print is 210 x 297mm

The A3 print is 297 x 420mm

DO YOU USE THE WHOLE SONG ON MY PICTURE?

We try to but this depends on the length of the song. Some songs are longer/shorter than others. If we can't fit the whole song on your chosen design we will end your design at an appropriate stage of the song. Either after a verse or chorus.
